BLN24
Driving AI Adoption Through Internal Communications

01 See the Problem Was…
BLN24 had an existing AI Slack channel but no defined ownership, consistent posting schedule, or engagement strategy, leaving employees uncertain how to use it or participate. Posts were ad hoc and inconsistent, and the channel’s full capabilities were unused, limiting its effectiveness as a tool for AI adoption and internal communications.
Without clear direction or community leadership, employees had no reliable resources for AI tool guidance, best practices, or peer discussion around AI use at work.

- Increased channel engagement by 35% through consistent weekly posting, varied content by topic and department need, and active encouragement of employee participation.
- Employees became comfortable discussing AI tool use openly, creating the internal transparency necessary for structured AI adoption across departments.
- Established the channel as a reliable, community-driven resource that supported BLN24’s broader AI adoption goals and laid the groundwork for ongoing AI literacy efforts.
