01 Who I Am
I’m a people-first operator and strategic communicator for change management who thrives at the junction of AI training, organizational communications, and team leadership. As Senior Analyst and AI SME contracting with NCEI and OIDP, I partner with federal clients, cross-department teams, and senior leadership to drive priorities, align cross-department AI initiatives, and translate technical knowledge into clear, practical outcomes.
My Approach
I identify gaps, design clear training, and support adoption so employees can confidently use AI in their daily work.
I’ve learned that the real value of AI comes from people, and I excel at building systems that help people succeed through training, structured workflows, and repeatable AI adoption plans.
I’m focused on AI program and project management, completing my PMP certification to formalize the project discipline I already apply in my work.
Beyond the Day Job
Outside of work I’m a ten-year veteran of Australian Rules Football, a national champion, and two-time tournament MVP with the Nashville Kangaroos. After retiring as a player, I served as club coach and president, restructuring and modernizing the organization; launching a new annual tournament; and building a training manual for skills, tactics, and coaching communications.
This is the same type of work I do for AI adoption.
What Drives Me
The best AI adoption starts with making ambiguity crystal clear. As a Peace Corps volunteer in Macedonia, I spent four years doing exactly that. I built a high school young men’s leadership group from scratch and set it up to continue without me. I led a classroom expansion, built community support, secured a $30k grant, and extended my service six months to finish it.
I find the gap, make it visible, build the structure, and support the team to finish the job.
That is what I do for AI adoption today.
02 What I Do Best
Program Coordination
Operating at the junction of project management and operational discipline, I partner with program managers and employees to drive execution, follow through on project needs, and anticipate problems before they become red flags, keeping deliverables on track.
Strategic Communications
I keep teams aligned and projects on track by translating complex needs into clear messaging for employees, stakeholders, and leadership, while producing the deliverables that make that communication actionable: reports, one-pagers, internal guidance, and stakeholder updates.
AI Enablement
I design the means for employees to upskill in AI at work through presentations, workshops, and targeted training, each built around a specific outcome tied to their key performance indicators, so learning translates directly into measurable performance.
Reporting
I maintain project visibility through weekly reports, monthly status updates, and deliverable performance summaries, giving program managers and leadership the clear, consistent picture they need to make informed decisions.
