I help people make sense of AI so they can actually use it.
I’m a Senior Analyst and AI Consultant who guides teams to turn AI from a confusing idea into practical workflows that solve real problems. I identify gaps, design clear training, and support adoption so employees can confidently use AI in their daily work. My focus is on making AI usable, approachable, and effective for the people who rely on it.

What I Do
Most of my work sits at the intersection of AI enablement, project management, and plain language communication. I’m passionate about helping teams understand what AI can do for them, what it shouldn’t do, and how to use it in a way that feels trustworthy and repeatable.
I’ve learned that the real value of AI comes from people, not tools, and I enjoy building systems that help people succeed, whether that’s through training, structured workflows, or repeatable AI adoption plans.
My Core Strengths
- Turning AI from a confusing concept into practical day to day workflows.
- Designing training and frameworks that help employees adopt AI with confidence.
- Translating complex technical ideas into clear, usable guidance.
- Building AI operating systems that stay aligned with human judgment.
- Connecting AI strategy with project management discipline.
My Background
I come from a background in education, international service, and technology. Those experiences shaped how I approach leadership and how I work with teams. I like clarity. I like structure. I like helping others learn something they didn’t think they could learn.
Before ChatGPT arrived, I recognized in grad school that AI was going to become a major training gap for organizations. That pushed me to study the DoD’s AI training program and began building my own approach from that foundation.
Where I Am Now
I’m currently expanding my career into AI program and project management. I’m completing the 35 hour PMP certification course and then I’ll take the PMP:PMI exam. My current challenge is to define a working AI framework with measurable ROI that organizations can follow when adopting AI.
My consulting work keeps me grounded in real client needs while I refine my approach to AI training, policy, and adoption.
Outside Work
Outside of work I’m a Chicago-based family man who enjoys detailing the car and smoking a cigar every now and then.
